With more than 30 years of environmental and engineering consulting experience on hundreds of projects across Hawaiʻi, the Pacific, and the continental United States, we help clients deliver essential infrastructure while protecting environmental resources and public interest. Whether it's risk management training, facilitation and strategic planning, emerging leader coaching, or quality control reviews, we enhance the success of firms working in the built environment. Janice also has extensive board and leadership experience with consulting firms, the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC), ACEC Hawaiʻi, and community organizations. Her experience spans corporate governance, strategic planning, professional advocacy, and community service, including during company acquisitions. She would strengthen any board through her sound judgment, collaborative approach, and ability to connect technical, business, and community perspectives.
